Brownies and cookie cake

Ingredients

The cookies dough :

• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1.5 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3.5 ounces chocolate chips

The brownies batter :

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup flour
• 10 ounces dark chocolate
• 1/3 cup butter

Materials

• Square mould

Preparation

• The cookies dough :
  Mix the softened butter with the brown sugar. Add the egg and mix well to get a cream.
• Add the flour and baking powder and combine well. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  
• Grease the mould, and spread the cookies dough in the bottom. Put in the fridge.
• The brownies batter :
  Melt the chocolate with the butter. Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and mix well.
  
• Then combine this mix with the melted chocolate and butter.
• Pour this batter on top of the cookie dough, and spread it well.
  
• Bake 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
• Wait until the cake is cold to unmould. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. There you are!
