Buckwheat pinwheels with salmon - video recipe!

Another way to make crepes in France is to use buckwheat flour, to make galettes and main dish crepes. Here we are using it to make a simple and nice appetizer!

Preparation
- Spread the cream cheese on the buckwheat crepe.
- Sprinkle with chives, then arrange the salmon slices on it.
- Roll the crepe. Put some foil around it, and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cut slices into the rolled crepe.
- There you are, your buckwheat pinwheels are ready !
