At aperitif time, we love to prepare hummus. An easy recipe to make and express thanks to our best friend: the blender ;-) And to add even more flavors, we integrate candied lemons. You will see that their delicate flavors will bring a touch of freshness and delicacy to your aperitif! And don't forget the vegetable sticks or pita bread to accompany your hummus ;-)
