Ingredients:

2 packages Sandies Simply Shortbread Cookies
10 bananas( This is not a lot for two layers)
4 boxes-french vanilla instant pudding mix(about 4 oz each)
2 cans Dulce de Leche Sauce(caramel sauce, 14 oz each)
8 cups of milk
2 cups whipping cream(whipped)
1 bag of Heath Toffee Bit(8 oz)
2 TBSP-lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp Spice Island pure vanilla extract(100% bourbon-vanilla)
* Extra milk
* Extra whipped cream
These ingredients will give enough to make two puddings.

Preparation:
1. Cut bananas as thin or as thick as you like.
2. Toss in the lemon juice.
3. Mix pudding mixes and 8 cups milk until just combined.
4. Add one can of caramel sauce, mix until caramel is broken down and combined.(you must use a mixer for this.)
5. Fold in 2 cups whipped cream.( If you use store brought whipped cream just fold in the vanilla in the cream.)
6. In a baking pan, layer cookies, pudding mixture, bananas, toffee bits.
7. Repeat once starting with cookies and ending with toffee bits.
8. In the microwave, heat the other can of caramel with milk.( Keep heating and adding milk until thin enough to drizzle.)
9. Top the pudding with whipped cream, mor drizzle with caramel, sprinkle with toffee bits.
10. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour, top with 2 crumble shortbread cookies before serving.
