Carrot cookies

Ingredients:

225 g butter
200 g sugar
10 g orange peel
1 egg
335 g flour
140 g grated carrots
9 g baking powder
1 g salt
1 g cinnamon
   Preparation:

step 1
Heat the oven till 180 C and grease baking sheets

step 2
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add orange peel and beat again

step 3
Separately mix all dry ingredients and add them to a butter mixture, mix it together, adding grated carrots.

step 4
Form your cookies and put them onto a baking sheet (be careful, cookies will spread widely)

step 5
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until edges are light brown
