Cheese cupcakes

Ingredients:

180g Butter
130g Sugar
3 Eggs
165 Self raising flour
80g Grated Cheddar cheese (I used 90g)
1 1/2tbsp Full cream milk
   Preparation:

Method:
Beat butter, sugar and eggs together.
Dump in flour, mix at low speed for a minute.
Add in a grated cheddar cheese and milk and mix for 30 second.
Use a rubber spatula mix well and scoop batter into cupcake cases.
Bake at 170C for 25 mins.
Cool on wire rack.

A dessert made with cheddar cheese? Interesting! I might try it, if I can figure out the measurements. But how much butter is 180g? How much sugar is 130g? How much flour is 165? How much cheese is 80 g?
