Step 1 Brush the base and sides of 4 ramekins/molds with butter and dust lightly with cocoa.
Tap out excess.
Place chocolate and butter in heatproof bowl.
Microwave on medium-low for 2 mins to gently melt chocolate.
Be careful not to overheat and cool to lukewarm.
Whisk eggs with sugar until thick and light colored.
Fold in lukewarm chocolate and next fold flour in.
Transfer to the prepared containers.
Bake in a preheated oven (190c) for 15 mins or until pudding rise slightly.
Remove and dust with sugar before serving.
