2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup oil
¼ cup water
2 large eggs
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation:
Method
Preheat oven to 175?C
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, water and oil with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined.
Mix in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt .
Alternately add the vanilla essence and the yogurt, beating on low speed until mixed..
Fill cups ¾ full with the mixture.
Bake about 18 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Cool on racks for 5 minutes before removing from pans.
