- Pour the milk in a pan, add the vanilla bean and let it boil.
- Meanwhile, mix the corn flour, the egg and the egg yolk, the suagr and the cream. Add the boiling milk and the cocoa powder and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Pour the mix into the pan and thicken it at medium heat.
- Pour the mix into a buttered mold and bake it during 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
