Ingredients:
One banana per person.
3 tablespoons of arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
3 tablespoons of sugar (or agave nectar or honey)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 cups of milk (cow, soy, rice or almond)

Preparation:
Chop one banana in each bowl and set aside.
Put arrowroot powder, sugar, and cocoa powder in a sauce pan and mix together.
Put the element on the stove to high, add milk in the sauce pan and put it on the heat.
Stir constantly, when it starts to bubble, turn down heat to medium. Keep stirring until it thickens.
Pour over the chopped banana.
This can be eaten hot, or cold. When it's cold, it sets nicely and is more like a jello pudding.
