- Preheat your oven to 410°F. Put butter and flour in your mould. Then, mix the egg yolks with 1,25 cups sugar.
- Melt butter and chocolate together. Once melted, add them to the preparation. Mix it all. Then add the bitter cocoa and mix again.
- Whisk the egg whites at medium speed with the rest of the sugar. Add the beaten egg whites gradually to the preparation and mix again.
- Put the mixture in the buttered and floured mold and heat it at 410°F during 15 minutes.
- There you are, your chocolate mousse cake is ready!
