Ingredients:
2 cups dessicated coconut, unsweetened
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut, for rolling

Preparation:
In a large bowl combine dessicated coconut and condensed milk. Mix everything well until you reach a smooth mixture.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes for mixture to firm up a bit. In a small bowl put 1/2 cup of regular shredded coconut (you can also use dessicated coconut) for rolling balls in, set aside.
Make balls with the coconut mixture rolling them between your palms. Roll each ball in coconut and place it on the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Put coconut balls in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
Keep leftovers (if you have any LOL) in an airtight plastic container in the refrigerator.
