Cookie cake with chocolate chips
You'll love this crunchy and soft giant cookie cake, full of chocolate chips. Add salt flower and you have the best cake ever !

Preparation

Combine softened butter with brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt flower and combine. Then, add 1.5 cups chocolate chips and combine.

Put a wax paper sheet in the bottom of the mould, grease the mould, and spread the dough in the bottom. Add 0.5 cup chocolate chips on top.

Bake the cookie cake for 30 min at 320°F (160°C).

Remove from oven, leave to cool down, unmold and enjoy !
