Improve this french classic with almond cream and travel all the way to Paris !

- Beat the softened butter in a bowl, then add sugar, eggs and beat.
- Add powdered almonds and mix gently with a spatula
- Cut a croissant in half, then apply some hot water mixed with sugar with a brush. This step will give back his crispness to the croissant.
- Then, put some almond cream and close the croissant.
- Brush some sweetened water on top of it and a thin layer of almond cream.
- Sprinkle some flaked almonds on it
- Bake for 15 minutes at 390°F and there you are !
