Ingredients:
8 tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz unsweet chocolate
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/8-1/4 c gluten free flour
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
chopped nuts of your choice and amount

Preparation:
I melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave, then pour into a med size bowl, add the vanilla, eggs, sugar mix well, add the flour and gum and the nuts. Pour into a 8x8 sprayed pan, preheat oven to 325 bake for about 35-40 minutes, they will be VERY soft, if the toothpick comes out clean they are done but do not remove from the pan leave them in the pan to completely cool, the more they cool the better they stay together...very good!
