Eggless Chocolate cake with condensed milk
This is a very simple eggless cake so soft,moist and rich.
Preparation
Grease a 9 inch round cake tin. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda,baking powder. Preheat the oven to 300 def F.
In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and water.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients just enough without any lumps. Resist your urge to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin .The batter would seem watery.
Dont fret. Bake for about an hour. Test for doneness by inserting a skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready to be taken out of the oven.
Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.Slice it and serve with vanilla icecream.

Excellent eggless chocolate cake recipe. I made it as is and found it not very sweet
The addition of 1/4 to 1/3 powdered brown sugar elevated it to perfection.
