Ingredients:
A:
1 cup milk - room temperature
1 tsp vinegar
B:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
C:
Milk + vinegar
4 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups sugar

Preparation:
1. Whisk together A and set aside for a couple of minutes to have milk curdle.
2. Sift B together.
3. Beat C together.
4. Gently beat dry ingredients into wet until no lumps remain, and fold in 1/4 cup toasted black sesame seeds at the very end.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 min.
