Ingredients:
3 ripe, but firm peaches, halved and pitted
6 tablespoons crumbled Blue cheese
Rousted almonds or pecans, chopped
Olive oil
Honey

Preparation:
Brush cut side of peaches with oil. Preheat a medium-high. Grill the peaches cut side down, until well marked and lightly cooked, about 2 minutes. Turn peaches over and cook and cook for 2 more minutes. Transfer the peaches on the platter. Let cool. Fill each cavity with a tablespoon of Blue cheese, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with honey.
