- Dilute the corn starch in 1/2 cup almond milk.
- Warm up 1/3 cup almond milk and add the diluted corn starch. add the hazelnut butter and the cocoa powder.
- Whisk at medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat.
- Pour the batter in ramekins and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. Refrigerate one hour.
- There you are ! Dessert is ready !
