Ingredients: 2 tablepsoons Zócalo Kaniwa Flour; ¼ tteaspoon sp Mexican Vanilla extract; 2 cups coconut milk; ¼ cup organic coconut milk, mixed well from a can; ¼ cup dark brown sugar; 2 tablepsoons cocoa powder; 3 oz bar of Fair Trade 75% cocoa bar chocolate; 1 tablepsoons orange zest; ¼ teaspoon clove; ½ teaspoon nutmeg; ½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ tteaspoon sp Mexican Vanilla extract
2 cups coconut milk
¼ cup organic coconut milk, mixed well from a can
¼ cup dark brown sugar
2 tablepsoons cocoa powder
3 oz bar of Fair Trade 75% cocoa bar chocolate
1 tablepsoons orange zest
¼ teaspoon clove
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Heat all ingredients over medium high heat.
Continue to stir while all of the ingredients heat and meld together, remove from heat just as the bubbles appear.
Use a whisk to froth the hot chocolate for 1-3 minutes and pour into serving mugs for hot beverages.
Top with chocolate shavings.
