Ingredients:
If you are living in a snowy, cold region right about now, you know everyone is seeking a little warmth and comfort. Make these warm and welcoming shots of hot coconut-chocolate milk as a welcome treat at your next get-together. They are a qucik-fix, and an unexpected warm greeting at the door!
hint: for a coctail party, consider a floater of Godiva Chocolate liquer over each glass, about a teaspoon should do it!
1 13.5 ounce can of Coconut Milk
2 heaping tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3 Tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips
1-2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar or Truvia(Stevia) natural sweetener
mini marshmallows
freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation:
Open a can of coconut milk directly into a small saucepan. Add the cocoa powder, chocolate chips and sweetener of choice (corn syrup also works, but has higher calories). Whisk ingredients over medium heat untill well blended, and thick- do not boil!
Using a ladle spoon and a funnel, insert the funnel into each shot glass, untill 2/3 or more full, leaving ample room from the rim. Add a single mini-marshmallow to each. Lining the shot glasses up on a serving tray, grate nutmeg generously over the surface of the drinks, allowing a nice powdering of the dish, for effect.
Serve hot shots of coconut-chocolate milk to guests as they arrive at your gathering. A very nice greeter!
