Ingredients:
500 ml vanilla wafer crumbs
125 ml unsweetened cocoa powder
125 ml icing sugar
125 ml butter
500 g cream cheese, softened300 ml granulating sugar
2 Tbso. (30 ml) unsweetwned cocoa powder
2 tsp (10 ml) vanila
4 eggs300 ml table cream
75 ml Irish Whiskey
Melted chocolate

Preparation:
Irish Cream Cheesecake
Combine wafer crumbs, cocoa, icing sugar and butter. Pres over bottom and up the side of 22 cm springform pan; set aside.
Beat cream cheese untill smooth in large bowl
Gradually beat in sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at the time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in cream and whiskey
Pour into prepered crust: set on jelly roll pan
Bake in preheated 190°C about 55 min.
Cool then chill.
Drizzle melted chocolate over surface of cake:
