Ingredients:
1 stick of Butter
1 cup Pecans
2 cup Pure Cane Sugar
¼ cup Flax Seed and Wheat Germ
16 oz Greek yogurt
10-15 key limes (use juice and zest)
1 6oz key lime pie yogurt for green color

Preparation:
For the crust:
1 stick of melted butter, or 1/2 cup melted vegan Earth Balance butter
1 cup crushed pecans or pecan meal
1 cup pure cane sugar
(you could add flax seed, and wheat germ to the crust for more health benefits.)
Mix up ingredients in a bowl, press in bottom of pie pan.
Key Lime Pie mixture:
16 oz of Greek Yogurt
Zest from 10-15 Key Limes
Juice from 10-15 Key Limes (you may want more...)
1 cup of pure cane sugar
1 6oz Key Lime Pie yogurt for the green color
Mix ingredients and place in pie pan
Freeze for 2-4 hours (or until completely frozen through)
