Ingredients:
1 (about 500g) ripe mango - remove skin and sliced. Cube a few slices and keep aside for later use. The rest goes into the blender/processor to obtain a thick puree.
1 small pack (about 140g) yogurt (any type will do)
Condensed milk (as needed)
Mint Leaves for garnishing

Preparation:
In a stainless steel bowl, combine the puree and yogurt. Whisk for about 5 Min's vigorously.
Leave it in the freezer until half frozen.
Bring out and whisk again for 5 Min's or so, similarly vigorously.
Do the same for another 3 or 4 times.
Finally, scoop as much as needed, add into the serving bowl, garnish with the cubed mangoes and mint leaves.
