1 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar,
2.5 cups milk powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter,
imitation chocolate for decoration

Preparation:
Method: Line a cookie tray with parchment paper.Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add sugar and blend. Add ricotta cheese and milk powder. Stir it well breaking all the lumps. Microwave it on high for 4 minutes.
Add chocolate chips and mix. Microwave it for another 4 minutes.
Now blend with a hand blender to give it a smooth texture.Put the bowl back in the microwave and cook it for another 4 minutes. It takes 12- 15 minutes ( depending on the wattage of microwave) to cook burfi mixture. Transfer the mixture to the prepared cookie tray. Spread the mixture evenly and flatten it with a spatula. Sprinkle with imitation chocolate. Let it cool for an hour.Cut into squares. It can be kept at room temperature for 4 days.
