Mr. m's italian bread pudding

Preheat oven to 350* Grease a 9"x13" casserole dish.

Place cubed Panettone in a large mixing bowl. Set aside. In a medium bowl mix together milk, eggs, both sugars and vanilla. Pour mixture over the cubed bread and toss to coat well.

Pour bread mixture into prepared casserole. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until it has set. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.

While bread pudding is cooling slightly, begin making your glaze by combining powdered sugar, vanilla & cinnamon in a small bowl. Slowly stir in enough milk (by Tblsp fulls) to form a slightly thick consistency. Adjust measurements as needed. You want it to be thin enough to drizzle/pour over pudding but not too thin & watery as glaze will not set properly. Glaze pudding and serve warm or cold.
