Ingredients:
6 (abt 150g) bread slices - cut into squares with the crust on
1 cup ideal milk
1 cup fresh milk
3 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp raisins
1/2 tsp orange rind
1 orange - extract juice

Preparation:
Butter the baking pan and arrange the bread pieces inside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients except the raisins.
Slowly pour into the bread pieces.
Push the raisins here and there inside.
Bake at 200g for 40 min or until the top becomes brown in color.
Let it cool down before gently cutting into any shape you prefer.
