A quick and simple recipe of the tastiest pineapple cake ever!
Preparation

Pour some caramel on the bottom of a greased mould. Arrange some pineapple slices on it.

Put a cherry in each hole (optional).

Beat the sugar with the butter until it gets creamy. Add the eggs and mix well.

Then, add the flour and the baking powder.

Pour this batter in the mould.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
