Ingredients:
2 cups boiled broad red beans - keep aside a handful for the topping.
1/2 cup soften salted butter
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation:
Blend or process all ingredients in a blender or food processor to get a smooth mixture.
Grease baking tray and pour mixture inside.
Sprinkle the kept aside beans here and there on to of the mixture.
Bake at 220C preheated oven (10 mins) for about 35 mins or until the pudding is cooked.
Cool down before cutting into shapes you prefer.
