Ingredients:
100g Butter, softened
200g Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk (250ml)
1 tsp Baking soda
220g All Purpose Flour (plain flour)
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
about 3-4 tbsp Strawberry filling (use this for strawberry ice cream roll)

Preparation:
Method:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in a bowl. Dissolve baking soda in milk.
Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, continue beating.
Then add in the rest of the ingredients beat till smooth (about one minute).
Stop machine and add strawberry filling into it, mix well.
Spoon batter into greased paper cases or silicone cups to 3/4 full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for about 20-25 mins or until skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
