Ingredients:
~2 sticks softened butter
~1 1/4 c sugar
~2 tsp vanilla
~2 eggs
~1 c sour cream
~about 10-12 large frozen strawberries, put through a food processor, and pulverised
~2 c flour
~1/2 tsp baking soda
~1 tsp salt
~1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
1.In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add each egg one at a time. Add vanilla, sour cream, and strawberries.
2.Sift together dry ingredients and slowly add to the wet.
3.butter and parchment paper 2- 9 inch round cake pans
4.pour batter into pans, 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or till done by sticking a toothpick into them and coming out clean.
5.set on a cooling rack and cool all the way before icing.
I used some red coloring and chocolate to pipe out the hearts
I used a regular cream cheese icing on the cake.
