Ingredients:
3 medium size sweet potatoes (abt 160gm, boiled and mashed)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar (to sprinkle on top before baking)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg (beaten)

Preparation:
Mix all together until blended and pour into a baking pan.
Sprinkle the 1 tbsp brown sugar on top.
Bake at 200c for 45 mins or until you notice the crumble is golden brown on top.
Cool first before cutting to be served.
