Ingrédients de la recette :
- 100 g de farine
- 25 g de beurre
- 8 cl d'eau
- 1 pincée de sel
- 1 pincée de sucre
- 2 beaux abricots
- 1 cuillères à soupe de sucre
- 250 g de petites fraises
- 100 g de gelée de framboises (1/2 pot)
Preparation:

Préparez la pâte brisée en malaxant la farine avec le beurre coupé en dés, le sel, le sucre et 5 cl d'eau. Roulez en boule et laissez reposer 30 minutes.
Préchauffez le four à 240°C (thermostat 8).
Étalez la pâte dans 4 petits moules ronds à tartelettes et piquez le fond à l'aide d'une fourchette. Enfournez pour 15 minutes de cuisson en surveillant que les fonds de tarte ne brûlent pas.
Faites fondre le sucre dans l'eau sur feu vif et pochez-y les demi-abricots pendant 5 minutes. Égouttez et placez un demi-abricot au centre de chaque fond de tarte. Entourez de fraises.
Délayez la gelée de framboises avec un peu de sirop de cuisson des abricots et nappez-en les fraises.
