Ingredients:

maida-2 1/2cups

sugar -1cup

refined oil or butter-1cup
eggs-4

curd 2tbsp

baking powder-2TSP

baking soda-1/2 tsp

TUTI -FRUITY-1CUP

vanilla essence-1tsp
   Preparation:

Mix eggs oil and sugar and blend in the mixi for five minutes 2-3 times. Add essence and curd and blend for 1 minute.Sieve the flour and baking powder and soda.Now add flour in the batter in one pan.Mix well with wooden spoon.Bake for 9 minutes in microwave. test it with any stick.

Easy and ghat pat cake is ready.Cool it.
