Ingredients:
3 C Oatmeal (not quick)
3 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 C Canola Oil
1 1/2 C Chopped Walnuts
1 1/2 C Water
1 C Raisins
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring water, sugar, oil, and raisins to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add your boiled mixture to your dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll small balls of dough and place evenly spaced on baking sheets coated in non-stick spray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
