Ingredients:
1 large banana (160g - sliced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp whisky
30g slightly crushed peanuts

Preparation:
Heat up a pan and when heated add the butter. Keep the heat low.
Once melted all the ingredients except the sliced banana pieces and peanuts.
Cook for just 3-4min until you get a thick sauce.
Arrange the bananas on a serving plate and pour the sauce over.
Spinkle in the crushed peanuts.
Thats it, ready to be eaten or served.
