Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (light or dark...I used light)
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp vanilla
zest of one large orange
1 cup white chocolate chips or white chocolate bar cut into chunks
2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with baking spray. This lining will make removing the blondies easier.
Directions:
In large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
Whisk melted and cooled butter with brown sugar until smooth. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, and orange zest. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredient and combine gently. Lastly, mix in white chocolate and cranberries.
Scrape batter into the prepared pan and bake 30-32 minutes, until top is shiny and golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean with a few crumbs attached. Let them cool completely, remove them from pan, cut and enjoy!
