Ingredients:
16 ounces white chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 cups fresh strawberries (or raspberries if you prefer)
finely chopped pistachios (optional)

Preparation:
In a heavy pot on very low heat, melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and stir in whipping cream. The mixture will still be very liquid. Place in a bowl and refrigerate, uncovered, until it is cool and until mixture thickens, about 2 hours.
Spoon a layer of mousse into a serving bowl (glass looks beautiful for this). Top with a few strawberries or raspberries and another layer of mousse. Top with raspberries (strawberries). Garnish with chopped pistachios if desired.
