Diamond biscuit/ madia sweet biscuit

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 cupAll purpose Flour - 1 cupRava(dry roasted) - 5 tspSugar - 10 tspGhee - 2 tsp.Salt - pinch


Method:

Mix wheat flour , all purpose flour,rava and sugar.Add little water and make like a chapati flour.

Make a round then roll of the dough to a circle and make a vertical cut first and then horizontal cut to form a diamond shape . (u can use cookie cutter too )


Then heat the oil deep fry it.
