![]() Ingredients: 1 cup string beans; cut into 2" long2 cups green papaya; sliced1 cup kamansi/ seeded breadfruit; sliced into 2" cubes1 bulb onion; sliced1 medium sized ginger; washed and pounded1 tbsp boneless bagoong monamon1 tbsp small shrimps3 cups water Procedure: In a casserole, bring water to boil.Add onion, ginger, bagoong monamon. Let stand for 3 minutes. Remove the scum that rises on top of the liquid and then drop the kamansi.Simmer for at least 5 minutes then drop the papaya.Simmer again for another 5 minutes then drop the string beans.Simmer for 3 minutes until vegetables are done.
