Dining Out Sustainably on the cheap: Austin Restaurant Week starts April 10th

I love a good bargain and Austin Restaurant Week (ARW) promises a slew of great deals again this year.  For two weeks,  Sunday, April 10 through Wednesday, April 13 and again Sunday, April 17 through Wednesday, April 20, you can enjoy 3 course tasting menus at area restaurants for $15-$35.



I was excited to see over a dozen restaurants featuring locally-sourced items on their ARW menus.  Many of these restaurants cost significantly more than $35 to eat a three course meal from their regular menu, and ARW is the perfect excuse to go out and splurge a little.

Reservations aren't required but are helpful if you have your heart set on a particular location.  They even have an ARW app that you can download to quickly find restaurant menus and make reservations.
