Looking for a great dish for the Holiday Season?





BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE





? ½ cup onions, chopped



? ½ cup celery, chopped



? 1 and 1/3 cup instant rice (white)



? 1 package, (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed



? ¾ of a stick butter or margarine, broken in pieces



? 1 small jar cheese whiz



? 1 can mushroom soup



Mix altogether and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
