Early Christmas Gift-aways Winners, Bonus Winners & A Short Note!

By A Nyonya's Kitchen...for all seasons (Visit website)

First of all, 'Thank You Very Much' to everyone who had supported and participated in my Christmas Gift-aways! I truly appreciate all your wonderful comments and really enjoyed receiving and reading them. Each year, I'm always the last one to do anything for Christmas - wrapping presents only like 20 mins before the party etc, so this year, I think I've outdone myself way ahead! Also, there is a reason for organizing my early Christmas gift-aways post, which is explained in my note right below.

The random drawing of lots has been done and the winners are:

........?
................??
...........................???
...........................................????

CONGRATULATIONS! to:

1) Wendy of 'The Adventures of Giggle!!!' (1st random pick) and;
2) Nat of 'Girls are made of sugar, spice and all thats nice' (2nd random pick)

Based on my previous post, Wendy, you'll receive the top row mini cookbooks and Nat, you'll receive the books on the bottom row. Not forgetting, a 'mystery gift' will be included as well ;).

In addition to the above and to thank you for all your support, I've decided to giveaway two extra 'mystery gifts' to two 'Bonus Winners'!! The names of the winners were also picked out randomly and the 'Bonus Winners' are:

CONGRATULATIONS to:

1) Shandy of 'Pastry Heaven by Shandy'
2) gaga of 'Gaga in the Kitchen'

Wendy, Nat, Shandy and gaga, kindly drop me an email at nicecupcakes@gmail.com complete with your valid mailing address and your envelope/package will be right on its way to you.

My short note:

I've been missing from the 'blogosphere action' lately, thus have not been able to visit your blogs regularly. I miss catching up on all of your latest mouth-watering posts but I have a good reason!! Yes, I do!! My hub and I will be moving into our new nest in around 2-3 weeks' time and it is out of Singapore!! Sob!!!! Yup, we will be leaving this vibrant city after living here for a decade and will be relocating back to the cultural melting-pot city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I'm already missing Singapore and all my friends here! I have only 3 days left here :(, which I plan to utilize by hitting the shopping streets of Singapore from shop to shop and from dawn to dusk!! I guess for now I have to take comfort by knowing that by road, Singapore is a mere 4-5 hours away from Kuala Lumpur and 3 hours away from Melaka (my hometown), so I'm really, really thankful for that! I guess Singapore will always, always, always be our awesome 2nd home!

Anyway, in the past few weeks, I've been occupied with clearing, throwing, packing, moving, traveling between Singapore and KL, renovating, fixing, furniture and household hunting, spending and more spending!! Despite leaving Singapore with a heavy heart, I do look forward to more baking and cooking fun in my new kitchen which I have been taking my own sweet time in planning it for almost a year!! Finally, it will come to fruition soon.

So till I post again closer to Christmas from my new kitchen, have fun preparing for the yuletide season and all the best, everyone!

Last but not least, I'd like to thank one of my very wonderful and talented blog friends, Anncoo, for sharing this Appreciation Awards with me and the rest of her blog friends too.

Cheers!
