EASTER EGG BROWNIES
BAKER'S ONE BOWL EASTER EGG BROWNIES BY KRAFT FOODS Kids of all ages will have fun decorating these yummy eggs. The brownies are moist, fudgy and delicious. Now that's my kind of brownie. Happy Baking! 4 squares BAKER's unsweetened chocolate 3/4 c. ( 1 1/2 sticks) butter 2 c. granulated sugar 3 lg. eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. chopped walnuts Assorted decorating gels Assorted candies Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Grease foil; set aside. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in flour and nuts until well blended; spread into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake). Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift brownies from pan. Cut into egg shapes with 3-inch oval cookie cutter. Decorate with decorating gels and candies to resemble Easter eggs. Kraft Kitchen Tips Use Your Stove Place chocolate and butter in medium, saucepan; cook on very low heat until chocolate and butter are melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Continue with recipe as directed. Substitute Substitute 13x9-inch glass baking dish for the baking pan. Prepare brownies and bake as directed, reducing oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
