Easter Egg Cracking Contest

By Eat, Drink and Be Aware (Visit website)

Good Evening! I hope everyone had a great Easter holiday and weekend. We had a great Easter and I am a little comotosed from the the Chocolate Bread Pudding with Caramel sauce that I indulged in! Wow... is about all I can say... definitely worth the calories but am feeling the CRASH right about now.

I will be honest... I did not eat a whole lot of "Real" food... I was gearing up for the bread pudding and also spent a lot of the time chatting so sort of missed out on the ham and grits offerings.

The weather was absolutely beautiful today and guess what.... Gumbo (our dog) did not destroy our garden! Two days down and we are so excited... it makes me love my dog even more.

The Egg Cracking Contest was quite successful... nobody from our family won but we had a good time trying.

All in all, a very successful Easter. The kids have one more day off from school so I will teach Baby Boot Camp tomorrow and start training a new client and then head home to hang out with the kids! This has been a really fun holiday.

I am starting my warm water with lemon tonight.... and will jump back on the band wagon tomorrow.

Zoe and Lucy up to bat!

Egg Cracking Eggs!

Emmet and Joseph

Aunt Sue Speech-- This tradition is also going on in Des Moines, Iowa and San Jose, California.

And the winner is Joseph Gifford!

I am wiped out..... have a great rest of the evening and look forward to tomorrow and eating some healthy food!
