Easy and Healthy Pasta Recipe | Notecook

I wrote this article last summer when I was still eating pasta a few times a week.  I still have it every so often but not as much as I used to (maybe once or twice a month).  Pasta, bread, rice, and potatoes are all delicious and I have eaten my fair share believe me.  But, unfortunately that particular food group does not agree with me too well.  (Especially when I look at the numbers on the scale)  

For those of you who do eat pasta I know that you will enjoy this recipe.  You can substitute any green vegetable that you like if you are not fond of rapini (broccoli rabe, Italian broccoli).  I really enjoy the bitter flavour of rapini, but there are some people who don't like it at all.  You can use regular broccoli if you like that more, or green beans, or swiss chard, etc.
