Easy and Healthy Pasta Recipe | Notecook
I wrote this article last summer when I was still eating pasta a few times a week. I still have it every so often but not as much as I used to (maybe once or twice a month). Pasta, bread, rice, and potatoes are all delicious and I have eaten my fair share believe me. But, unfortunately that particular food group does not agree with me too well. (Especially when I look at the numbers on the scale) For those of you who do eat pasta I know that you will enjoy this recipe. You can substitute any green vegetable that you like if you are not fond of rapini (broccoli rabe, Italian broccoli). I really enjoy the bitter flavour of rapini, but there are some people who don't like it at all.
