Egg Dosa
Ingredients: Eggs - 2 nos (well beaten with little salt) Idly Milagai podi - 2 tsp Dosa batter - 1 bowl Method: 1) Heat the dosa tawa, spread the batter in form of a round pancake, pour the beaten egg on top, sprinkle some idly milagai podi. 2) Now turn the dosa and let the other side also get cooked.
