Egg Dosa/Muttai Dosa

Ingredients:
1 Ladle full Dosa Batter Check for the recipe
1 Egg
Cooking Oil

Method:

Take a bowl,add Egg and beat it well.
Now heat a Non-Stick Tava,add 1 ladle full Dosa Batter.
Spread it all around the tava in a circular motion.
Then pour the egg mixture and with a flat spoon spread it all over the dosa.
Pour one teaspoon oil around the dosa and cook for a minute or till the egg is done. Now flip over and cook for around 30 seconds and remove from flame.
Serve hot with Tomato or any chutney of your choice.
If you are interested then take a 1 tsp of chutney of your choice and spread over the Egg Dosa and then serve it.
