Enjoying A Quiet Night Off
Today was pretty average. The sun hid for a good chunk of the day but made an appearance by the time I left work which was pretty much perfect timing. :) I?m always struck by how creamy the almond butter makes the oats. Especially when it?s been a bit since I?ve used it. I tired this chocolate macaroon One Organic Food Bar before hitting the gym today: It was pretty decent. I really like that there was loads of coconut jammed in it. I think it coulda done with a little more chocolate, though. I had a really good workout at the gym today. Cardio & weights. Time: 50 minutes Avg Hr: 157 Max Hr: 178 Calories Torched: 475 Distance: 2.9 milesLunch was simple dimple! A toasted Ezekiel muffin with a 1/4 cup microwaved egg whites and a LC cheese wedge: Then, later in the day, I noshed a beautiful pink grapefruit. From work I went straight down to the school for parent teacher interviews. Those are always fun. HA?I kid! Aside from DS being restless in a classroom all day, the kids are progressing just fine. ;) My hubby got dinner started while I was gone. We had chicken done on the GF grill, corn, cauliflower and I had quinoa, them a Sidekick noodle pack: After I took this picture I added some pomegranate chutney to my plate: I didn?t eat all my chicken so what was left got put away for lunch tomorrow. Dessert was a Cravings cheesecake, the last one, might I add. So, this is our first free Wednesday since the first week of January. Swimming lessons ended last week and don?t start up again until April 21. I am enjoying some quiet TV and computer time while the kids watch TV downstairs. After posting I?m gonna make myself a vanilla chai: Bye for now!! related searches : Enjoying
