THE DREAM WEDDING CONTEST (THE ?CONTEST?) IS INTENDED TO BE CONDUCTED IN CANADA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF CANADA . NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN WHOLE OR PART WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES (THE ?CONTEST RULES?).

ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

be a legal resident of Canada ;
be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of entry;
be the sole owner of all right, title and interest (including copyright) in and to the Video (as described below) submitted in connection with the Contest;
be legally able to travel to Jamaica ;
be engaged to be married at the time of entry; and
be legally eligible to marry according to all marriage requirements in force in Jamaica at the time of entry.

Employees of CanWest Media Inc., CanWest Media Publications Inc., Sunquest Vacations, Thomas Cook Canada, Sandals Resorts and ET Canada (collectively, the “Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members and/or the immediate family of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. For the purpose of the Contest Rules, ?immediate family” means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household.

The Sponsors shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsors for the purpose of this Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (?EDT?) on Monday, August 18, 2008 and closes at 12noon. EDT on Thursday September 11, 2008 (the “Contest Period”).
HOW TO ENTER.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. Enter using any of the methods of entry outlined below. No entries will be accepted by any other means.

To enter online, complete and submit the entry form located at www.sunquestdreamwedding.ca (the ?Contest Website?) along with a video of you and your partner in .mpeg1, .avi or .wmv video format, in a file size no greater than 20MB (the ?Video?), explaining why you deserve to win the Grand Prize. Submit the entry form located at www.sunquestdreamwedding.ca.
To enter by mail, clearly print your name, complete mailing address, e-mail address (if applicable) and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and include a video of you and your partner in .mpeg1, .avi or .wmv video format, in a file size no greater than 20MB (the ?Video?), explaining why you deserve to win the Grand Prize, and mail it to the attention of Dream Wedding Contest c/o Sunquest Vacations, 130 Merton Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4S 1A4.


By participating in this Contest, entrant represents and warrants that: (i) the Video does not contain any material that is libelous, defamatory, profane or obscene; (ii) the Video is original and all right, title, and interest (including copyright) therein and thereto is owned and/or controlled by the entrant to the full extent necessary to enable the Sponsors to use the Video as contemplated by these Contest Rules; and (iii) the Video does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other statutory or common law rights of any third party.
Limit of one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per day. Multiple entries by the same person on the same day, whether by using one or more e-mail accounts or otherwise, shall result in disqualification.
All entries, including the Video, become the sole property of the Sponsors and none will be returned for any reason. Entries must be received no later than the end of the Contest Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants except with those selected for the Grand Prize.
Entries submitted by mail must be received by the Sponsors no later than the end of the Contest Period, and must be in a separate outer envelope bearing sufficient postage.
Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, ?authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to provide the Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.


GRAND PRIZE.

There is one (1) grand prize (?Grand Prize?) available to be won by the Contest winner (?Winner?) consisting of:

Roundtrip charter air transportation for six (6) people from Toronto to Montego Bay, Jamaica including transportation taxes, related airline government fees and fuel surcharges. Once air transportation is confirmed no changes can be made to the dates of travel or passenger names.
Seven (7) nights and eight (8) days accommodation for six (6) people in three (3) rooms (double occupancy) at the adults-only, couples-only Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa in Jamaica, including return transfers from the airport to the resort; all meals including anytime snacks and unlimited beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic); all land and water sports; daily and nightly entertainment; all government hotel taxes and all resort gratuities.
